Are Americans favored in Kosovo?
Former US diplomats are growing more interested in investing in Kosovo, and the NGO sector warns that they are favored in that process, while public tenders are plagues by deep corruption, reports Deutsche Welle.

This radio reminds that making it into the narrowest choice for selling 75% of the Kosovo phone company is the Albrihgt Group, the company of former US State Secretary Madeleine Albright, who played a key role in Bill Clinton's administration in 2008, in diplomatic offensive to recognize Kosovo. In that regard, certain media have been reporting that the Kosovo authorities are assigning jobs to Americans and some other friendly countries, without public ads and under shorter procedures, pointed Deutsche Welle. It is symptomatic that two moths ago general Wesley Clark, NATO Commander for Europe during the bombing of FR Yugoslavia, asked the Pristina authorities for the license to explore the coal reserves for the production of synthetic oil.
