He announced that President Tomislav Nikolic would "very soon" invite all whips to a meeting in order to discuss principles of the platform for Kosovo.
Duric stressed that a time frame for the preparation of the platform for Kosovo could not be set and that nothing should be done ad hoc.
"We should not make hasty decisions. We will constantly look at facts that come, it is very important that the talks are well prepared," he explained.
The president's advisor noted that the platform would be available to the public but that some details about the tactics would not be revealed. Duric said that the previous government had made only partial moves and that current negotiating position was now much worse than if the talks had never been held.
He pointed out that the authorities consulted not only the opposition, but "representatives of a civil society, including the Serbian Orthodox Church (SPC)".
Commenting on a meeting between Serbian PM Ivica Dacic, EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Catherine Ashton and Kosovo PM Hashim Thaci, that will be held on Wednesday in Brussels, Duric said that this was an initial meeting, that concrete talks would be held at a later date and that "their framework was determined by the previous government's decisions".
