Nikolic: Life in Kosovo can be arranged
Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic has said that life in Kosovo can be arranged so as to have it made clear what the powers of the provisional institutions in Pristina are, what the powers of the state administration of the Republic of Serbia are, and what the rights of the citizens are, especially in the Serb enclaves and the province's north.

"As far as Serbia is concerned, we can strike a deal about everything," he told Antenna, a Greek broadcaster.
Nikolic said he was not concerned about the situation in Kosovo because "under international law, the UN Charter, Kosovo-Metohija is part of the composition of the Republic of Serbia."
"The troops deployed across Kosovo are there under an agreement that Serbia has with the UN Security Council. There should not be crisis or conflict there whatsoever. There should be no unilateral action taking place," he underscored.
Serbia is on good track to resolve the fate of its province in the best possible way, as the negotiations are well underway and the Serbian prime minister has already met twice with his Pristina counterpart, Nikolic said, cited by Belgrade-based broadcaster .
