He said that the three crossings at the administrative line - Jarinje, Konculj, and Merdare - will start operating by December 10. Pavicevic, who is in the seat of the European Commission and has been discussing implementation of the agreement with Pristina's delegation for the second day now, stated that this is in accordance with the agreement reached at the last meeting of Serbian Prime Minister Ivica Dacic and Kosovo Prime Minister Hashim Thaci with EU High Representative Catherine Ashton. We are still discussing the role of customs officers at the crossings, and it is our position that EULEX should have an executive role, Pavicevic sad, adding that Dacic and Thaci are scheduled to meet with Ashton again on December 4.
