EU officials in Brussels did not want to comment on the Resolution on Kosovo by the Serbian parliament adopted about an hour after midnight Sunday, stressing the importance of the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina under the auspices of EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Catherine Ashton.
