Vulin: Dialogue on Kosovo only way to solution
Head of the Serbian government's Office for Kosovo Aleksandar Vulin has stated in Banjska near Zvecan that Belgrade has expressed clear willingness to continue the dialogue with Pristina, adding that the talks are the only way to a solution.

"As for us, we could have continued (the dialogue) from the point where we stopped on the day when we refused to accept the agreement," Vulin said.
He said that Serbia has expressed clear willingness to continue the talks since, as he put it, this is the only way, and added that violence is excluded as an option for resolving the Kosovo issue.
"Dialogue is the only remaining solution. As for us, our doors are open and this (the continuation of the dialogue) does not depend on us," Vulin said.
He said that he does not understand why not accepting a certain agreement would mean the end of the dialogue, adding that this only means that we failed to reach an agreement and that we should continue the work.
When asked if he has any information whether EU Enlargement Commissioner Stefan Fuele will appear as the mediator in the talks since certain Belgrade-based media have announced such a possibility, Vulin said that there are no direct findings about that.
Vulin visited Banjska Monastery in north Kosovo on Sunday, and prior to that he had a meeting with representatives of north Kosovo Serbs.
