EULEX has no secret arrest lists
EULEX Chief Prosecutor Jaroslava Novotina stated on Friday that EULEX has no secret arrest lists but she noted that investigations are being conducted against members of all ethnicities.

In an interview for Tanjug, Novotna qualified as completely unfounded the speculations about secret arrest lists or secret indictments, adding that the EULEX Mission categorically claims that there are no such lists.The law does not envisage secret or sealed indictments, Novotna said and added that certain investigations which are currently underway cover members of all ethnicities, and in some cases have led to arrests and indictments.Some of the Serb representatives from Kosovo claim that EULEX has arrest lists aimed at ethnic cleansing of the remaining Serbs from northern Kosovo.
