Vatican: We have no intention to recognize Kosovo
Vatican has no intention to recognize Kosovo’s secession, a high-ranking official said over the weekend.

"We do not have the intention, nor will have it in a foreseeable future" to recognize Pristina's unilateral act, Cardinal Valter Casper said.
The cardinal said Kosovo is "the cradle of the Serb Orthodox Church" and pointed out to the destructions of its property in the province.
He also warned about "serious" discriminations against the Serb community.
