Zannier might visit Belgrade next week
UNMIK Chief Lamberto Zannier will most probably visit Belgrade next week, the mission’s spokesman Alexander Ivanko announced on Wednesday.

Efforts are under way through the UNMIK office in Belgrade to set up meetings, he said, addressing a press conference held by representatives of international missions and the police in Pristina.
"It still cannot be said with certainty that the visit will take place, but it should hopefully take place next week", Ivanko said.
The topics at these talks would be the reconfiguration of UNMIK over the next 120 days, Ivanko said, specifying that this process should be completed by the second half of October.
The proposed 120-day period is rather a concept than a deadline, he said.
He could not say precisely how many people would leave UNMIK following the completed reconfiguration, but indicated that the number was significant.
Ivanko again rejected the possibility that UNMIK establishes cooperation with the heads of municipalities elected after the local elections held on May 11 this year.
"UNMIK's stand is unchanged, it will not cooperate with parallel institutions", Ivanko said.
