It is expected that Zannier might arrive in Belgrade on Wednesday and that the talks might start then.

Minister Jeremic told a news conference that the opening of the talks on the reconfiguration of the international civil presence in Kosovo was agreed during his recent visits to Paris, Moscow and New York.

"Unfortunately the reconfiguration process has started without Belgrade's agreement and we believe that this was wrong. The process must not be completed without Belgrade's approval and without an explicit confirmation by the Security Council," said Jeremic, reiterating that Serbia would not agree to anything that jeopardizes its territorial integrity.
