They discussed "the long-term dynamism of future meetings that will be held with the aim of reaching comprehensive solutions to the problems of the Serb population of Kosovo," a statement from the ministry said.

Meanwhile, several hundreds Kosovo Serbs rallied at the Monday protest in Zubin Potok and voiced their opposition to the setting up of the border between Kosovo and central Serbia at the north of the province.

Zubin Potok Municipality President Slavisa Ristic said that Kosovo Serbs will never allow representatives of UNMIK, KFOR and the Kosovo Police Service to set up the border between Kosovo and Serbia at the north of the province.

Ristic said that the installing of video monitoring at the administrative crossing of Kosovo with the central Serbia at the north of the province that prompted the Monday rally is aimed at setting up customs in northern Kosovo and deployment of EULEX in this area.

The EU mission in Kosovo is illegal and unlawful, because it does not have an approval of the UN Security Council, Zvecan Municipality President Dragisa Milovic said.

The peaceful protest was held in the central part of the town, and the rallied citizens carried banners reading "Stop to Eulex," "Kosovo is Serbia," "We do not want borders and customs."
