The Kosovo authorities "fail to provide adequate physical protection to both the property and persons of members of the country's religious minorities, including the Serbian Orthodox Church", the report says.
"Ongoing targeting of religious minorities in Kosovo by state agencies and the unchecked aggression by social actors against Protestants, Orthodox Christians, moderate Muslims, and other religious minorities threatens the continued safety of these groups", the IRPP said in a letter addressed by its president Joseph K. Griebovski to US President George W. Bush.
