Sutanovac, who was in Brussels for the signing of the routine Security Information Agreement, addressed NATO ambassadors and the Alliance's Secretary-General Jaap de Hoop Scheffer.

He said that relations between Kfor and Serbia's Army were "satisfactory at the technical level", but "unsatisfactory at the political level because Kfor should not participate in the building of the Kosovo security forces"

"We believe that in Kosovo there should be a formation of forces fighting against organized crime, which has a transnational note", Serbis'a defense minister said.

"This is not the right path. I have said in my address today that we are harshly critical because NATO and Kfor are doing something which is against the UN Resolution 1244", Sutanovac underlined.
