Kermabon: Full Eulex deployment postponed until spring
The head of the EU mission Eulex Yves de Kermabon admitted on Monday that the mission would not be able to be fully functional by late fall, but only in the spring

The controversial EU mission was originally planned for June, then early fall and December.
Kermabon said Eulex has support from the Kosovo Albanian authorities, and he urged the government of Serbia of "facilitate the process".
Belgrade and the Kosovo Serbs are strongly opposed to Eulex deployment without a UN Security Council resolution.
