ICJ to consider Kosovo case under urgent procedure
The International Court of Justice (ICJ), will review Serbia's request regarding the legality of Kosovo's unilateral declaration of independence under urgent procedure, Serbian Prime Minister Mirko Cvetkovic said on Monday

"We received the information that the ICJ would review the legality of Kosovo's unilaterally proclaimed independence in urgent procedure. The ICJ will come up with a ruling in a year," Cvetkovic said after meeting with his Slovakian counterpart Robert Fico.
The first hearings will begin in six months and a final ruling will be issued within a year.
