Solana: Three parallel processes leading to the Eulex deployment
The High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Policy and Security Javier Solana said in Brussels on Wednesday that three parallel processes are under way concerning the deployment of Eulex, adding that talks in these three processes are in a “delicate moment”

The three processes are the talks between Belgrade and the UN on the six-points of Unmik reconfiguration suggested by the UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon, the talks on a possible presidency statement of the UN Security Council and the dialogue between Belgrade and the EU on Eulex.
"These three processes are parallel, but they should not be blocking each other", Solana told the Foreign Affairs committee of the European Parliament.
He said the talks on the issues are in a "delicate moment", adding he would discuss the problems with the UN Secretary-General.
Solana reiterated his expectation about full deployment of Eulex in December.
