Kosovo Albanians: Eulex acceptable only under Ahtisaari’s plan
Kosovo does not need a neutral EU mission, but one that would operate under the plan of UN envoy Martti Ahtisaari, Kosovo president's spokesman Cavit Beqiri has said

"The mission is acceptable only in the way envisaged under the Ahtisaari plan and no other modifications are acceptable for Kosovo's institutions," Beqiri said.
The president of the opposition Democratic Union of Dardania Nedzat Daci also spoke against the neutrality of Eulex and said that this was unacceptable and that the mission should operate in line with the principles of the Ahtisaari plan.
Ramush Haradinaj's Alliance for the Future of Kosovo said that the neutrality of Eulex regarding Kosovo's independence would have a negative effect on the stability of Kosovo.
