Pristina: UN plan does not protect Kosovo sovereignty
Kosovo President Fatmir Sejdiu said that Kosovo did not accept the plan by UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon because it did not observe the basic elements of Kosovo's sovereignty.

"We opt for our four items and we will not give up on them, since they reflect the commitment of Kosovo institutions in respect to the deployment of the Eulex mission", Sejdiu said.
"The (UN) six-item plan is a project which puts aside the institutions of Kosovo, and the form in which it is being presented actually brings into question the sovereignty of Kosovo and as such it is unacceptable for us", he said.
