Serbia will ask the UN SC to endorse the report of UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon, which includes the agreed six-point plan defining the conditions for international civilian presence in Kosovo, the Foreign Ministry said.
Ban's report upholds the UN SC Resolution 1244 which guarantees Serbia 's sovereignty and territorial integrity, EULEX status neutrality and unhindered presence and activities of UNMIK throughout Kosovo, the release says.
The Serbian foreign minister said ahead of the trip that the four points which the authorities in Pristina had proposed would not be part of the report, but would rather be specified in an annex which should explain why Kosovo Albanians had not accepted the plan.
"Their (Kosovo institutions') refusal to accept the six-item plan will not have any legal consequence", Jeremic said.
