"We are currently discussing with the European Union the implementation of the six-point plan, which was fully backed by the Security Council," Jeremic told reporters at the Serbian Parliament House.

"We did not discuss the time of a possible formalization of representation of EULEX here, but I see no problem for that when the time comes and when the level of cooperation requires something like that", said Jeremic.

Jeremic said that all sides are obliged to cooperate on the implementation of the plan, which was agreed at the UN Security Council, underscoring that Serbia closely cooperates on the issue with EULEX.

EULEX Chief Yves de Kermabon on Sunday said that the mission will soon open an office in Belgrade.
