EULEX chief says goal is single police command chain
EULEX chief Yves de Kermabon said Tuesday that one of his mission's goals is to have the Kosovo police function under a single command chain

The Kosovo police should be multi-ethnic, he said, noting that the Kosovo government appointed a few days ago a police director, who will have an EULEX advisor.
The process of establishing a single chain of command should be realized gradually and completed as soon as possible, he said.
