"We have our method of defense and I can say, without any doubt, that we have enough capacity to restore the former ONA", said Saciri, known under the nom-de-guerre "Commander Hoxha".

Saciri, who is on the run from Macedonian justice, gave the interview to an Albanian-language TV in the village of Tanusevci, near Skopje.

Tanusevci is a no-go zone for the Macedonian police and is considered to be a stronghold of the former guerilla and of all kinds of trafficking activities.
