New talks were announced UNMIK spokesman Russell Giki, who stated that the talks will be direct, with the attendance of the Serbian and Albanian experts and in the presence of the international officials.
"Even though we still do not know the details, what is most important is that the experts will hold direct discussions on technical issues, with the representatives of UNMIK or EULEX taking part in them", Giki said.
He did not say who these international officials will be, but only reminded that, as far as the rule of law is concerned, the UNMIK police has ceased to operate since December 9 when EULEX took over that responsibility.
