Belgrade calls on EU and UN to protect the Serb population in Kosovo
Serbia’s Minister for Kosovo Goran Bogdanovic appealed on EU and UN representatives to make additional efforts in order to protect the Serb population in Kosovo following the stabbing of a 16-year old boy in Kosovska Mitrovica

"It is clear that some would like to provoke chaos in Kosovska Mitrovica, and I am afraid these acts are aimed at destabilizing the Serb population in Kosovo, which we cannot allow", Bogdanovic said.
Serbian Interior Minister Ivica Dacic appealed to representatives of the international peacekeeping forces in Kosovo to secure stability and peace for all citizens.
"We expect of the UNMIK, KFOR, and EULEX to secure peace and safety for all citizens, and primarily for those of Serb nationality," Dacic said.
