UN Security Council to debate 6-point plan, KSF in March
Serbian Foreign Minister Vuk Jeremic and UNMIK Chief Lamberto Zannier agreed in New York that the UN Security Council should hold a session at the beginning of March to discuss the situation in Kosovo, when Belgrade will formally raise the issue of the formation of the Kosovo security forces and the implementation of 6-point plan regulating the mandate of international missions in the province.

In a statement to Fonet news agency, Jeremic said that in his meetings with Zannier and top UN officials he talked about the implementation of the six item plan for Kosovo and strongly protested against the formation of the Kosovo security forces.
He said that he conveyed Belgrade's expectation that the implementation of the six-item plan will start soon, adding that Zannier is due to visit Belgrade next week.
"We will then begin talks about steps to be taken in February so that the six-item plan becomes fully implemented by the next Security Council session", the minister said.
Serbian Kosovo and Metohija Minister Goran Bogdanovic аdded in a letter to Zannier that there was a a constant threat of potential incidents occuring due to the undefined roles of the EU and UN missions that creates a legal and institutional vacuum.
