Pristina and Belgrade did not reply to invitation for talks
UNMIK spokesman Russel Giki stated that the UN mission has not yet received replies from neither Pristina nor Belgrade concerning the invitation that their representatives meet this week and start talks on cultural-historical heritage in Kosovo, the Pristina-based daily in Albanian language Koha Ditore reported on Monday.

Giki said that UNMIK representatives are hoping that the first meeting between Pristina, Belgrade and international organizations' officials will also be held during the week The UN mission in Kosovo is expected to play the leading role in that forum, or the round table as this meeting is referred to by the international representatives in Kosovo, whereas the participants will be the experts from UNESCO, the Council of Europe, Pristina, Belgrade, as well as from the office of European Union Special Representative in Kosovo Pieter Feith.
All of them were sent official invitations last week to attend the talks, but no specific date has been set as yet.
