At an informal meeting in Krakow, NATO Secretary-General Jaap de Hoop Scheffer said "the allies were happy with the way Kfor is implementing its tasks".
He said he hoped the Kosovo Serbs would join the KSF in larger numbers, a call which both the Serbs and Belgrade resolutely reject.
