Strategy for Kosovo focuses on return of IDP's
The Serbian Ministry for Kosovo made public Tuesday a draft strategy for sustainable return of displaced Serba and other non-Albanians to the province.

The 2009-2015 strategy also includes protection and fostering of human rights and freedoms, preservation of cultural identity, economic development, fostering of local self-government and securing conditions for cooperation with the international community.
The stategy is to be implemented by the Serbian Ministry for Kosovo and will seek to eliminate the most glaring forms of poverty in Kosovo.
The strategy is to be implemented in cooperation with the international civilian and military mission established in line with the UN Security Council Resolution 1244, US secretary-general's reports of June 12 and November 2008 and the UN SC Presidential Statement of November 26, 2008, and in cooperation with UN agencies and other international governmental and non-governmental organizations, as well as through bilateral assistance.
