Serbia itself submitted a document made of 700 pages of arguments, including 83 documents, while the authorities in Pristina have submitted 500 pages.
States which have submitted documents opposing Kosovo's secession include Russia, China, Spain, Slovakia, Romania, Cyprus, Argentina, Venezuela, Bolivia, Georgia and Azerbaijan.
The United States and the UK are leading the camp of those who have supported Kosovo's secession in front of the ICJ.
The ICJ is now expected to reveal the arguments and initiate a debate on the question, in which states will be able to respond to opposing arguments.
An ICJ answer is expected in 2010.
