Kaczynski: I was opposed to Poland's recognition of Kosovo
Polish President Lech Kaczynski said Thursday after meeting Serbian President Boris Tadic he was opposed to Warsaw's recognition of Kosovo.

He reiterated his disagreement with the Polish government decision to recognize the unilateral declaration of Kosovo's independence.
„The democratically elected Polish government had the right to recognize Kosovo, but the decision was taken without the president's approval", he said.
Expressing his support to Tadic's policy, Kaczynski expressed his conviction that the Kosovo problem can be resolved.
