In the past months, Kosovo has recorded a drop in family earnings compared to the same period of last year, and the global economic crisis is increasingly leaving both the ethnic Albanians and Serbs without jobs.
Last month, the satisfaction of Kosovo inhabitants with the activities of the ruling institutions dropped by 18%.
The UNDP study, carried out on about 1,300 subjects, shows that the population of Kosovo is less satisfied with the work of the central institutions.
