Local elections in Kosovo possibly on November 1

Local elections in Kosovo could be organized on November 1, according to the Pristina media.

The local elections will be the first organized since the unilateral secession of Kosovo.

The Kosovo Serbs are unlikely to participate as they do not recognize the Pristina institutions.
