The police officers have insisted that Rakocevic, who was driving a vehicle, had to have a driver's license issued by the Pristina authorities.

"I told then that my license was legitimate document, but the policemen claimed that it was not, so they threw us out of the car, while yelling in the Albanian language and swinging their arms towards us", explained Rakocevic.

He said that along with Avramovic, they were rudely pushed against the car and had their vehicle searched for no reason.

"The whole time they were trying to frighten and humiliate us", stated Rakocevic.
