Pristina now has “very serious” objections against Troika’s 14 points
Pristina negotiating team spokesman Skender Hyseni said on Monday that the team had "very serious" objections against the 14 working points proposed by the Contact Group's mediating troika on October 22.

After the negotiating team's meeting, Hiseni said that Pristina had been refraining from commenting on the contents of the proposal, because it did not have the status of an official document.
"We are not calling it a document, but a proposal for discussion, which does not have official status. That is why we are refraining from making any comments, because this is a working document," Hiseni said.
However, he failed to say which parts of the proposal were an issue for Pristina.
The international troika, comprising EU envoy Wolfgang Ischinger, U.S. representative Frank Wisner and Alexander Botsan-Kharchenko on behalf of Russia, at the last meeting in Vienna, on October 22, proposed 14 points for the continuation of the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina.
The paper makes no mention of Kosovo's independence.
Pristina initially said it agreed with 90 percent of the document, and the Belgrade team presented its own 14 points for the continuation of the status talks, based on UN Security Council Resolution 1244 on Kosovo.
The next meeting is again to take place in Vienna on November 5.
