Marty is to submit his report to the Council of Europe on human organ trafficking in the north of Albania during the conflict in Kosovo.

The spokesman of Serbia's war crime prosecution Bruno Vekaric expressed his expectation that the truth about the kidnapped and missing Serbs and other non-Albanians, as well as suspicions on human organ trafficking in the north of Albania will finally be reached after Marty's visit and exchange of information with the Serbian prosecution.

The Council of Europe launched the investigation into the human organ trafficking after former ICTY chief prosecutor Carla Del Ponte had published her book, revealing, for the first time, her suspicions on the issue.
