"The opening of the new channel was approved at the Vienna negotiations and the committee in charge is now waiting for a UNDP report on a poll among all communities in Kosovo which use Serbian language - Serbs, Gorans, Bosniak and others", he said.

The ethnic-Albanian TV RTK is mistrusted by most Serbs in Kosovo, especially since the March 17, 2004 pogrom and the tole RTK played then, he said.
