Kurti: "Border" between Kosovo and Montenegro must be changed

Kurti, who is widely considered as publicly laying out the thoughts of Albanian elites in Pristina and Tirana, said that the position of Albanians in Montenegro is "not good at all".
He also announced a dispute over "thousands of hectares belonging to the municipality of Pec" in northwestern Kosovo, which were, according to him, taken away from Kosovo.
