Gasparovic: Slovakia will not recognize Kosovo no matter what the ICJ decides
Slovak President Ivan Gasparovic said in Belgrade on Thursday that his country will not recognize Kosovo's secession even if the International Court of Justice rules in favor of Kosovo Albanians.

"Our opinion on Kosovo did not change. We have sent our opinion to the ICJ and we are expecting a positive assesment for Serbia", Gasparovic said after meeting his Serbian counterpart Boris Tadic.
He added that the ICJ opinion should be "very simple if it is being based solely on international law".
