One of the suspects, identified as Driton H., allegedly took part in two attempted murders - in November 1999 in Pristina, and in June 2000 in Urosevac.

This suspect is the second person to be arrested after Nazim Blaca publicly testified about post-conflict killings in Kosovo.

Blaca - an ethnic Albanian, former member of the so-called KLA, who said he was also a former member of the "Kosovo Secret Service" - said late last year to say that he committed one murder and "took part" in 17 others in Kosovo.

Blaca has been under house arrest since December 1, accused of murder, attempted murder and organized crime.

The investigation in the case is conducted by EULEX under the supervision of the Special Kosovo Prosecution.
