According to reports, Pristina is plastered with posters of Mon Balaj and Arben Dzeladini, who were killed in a clash with UNMIK police on February 10, 2007.
The posters were put up on the eve of the anniversary of the protests that the movement had organized in Pristina.
The two died of wounds inflicted by rubber-coated bullets, while several dozen others were injured.
Below most of the posters, put up on buildings and public places, the word "Eulexperimant" is written.
In the meantime, the EU mission in the province, EULEX, reopened the process that UNMIK launched against the Self-Determination leader, Albin Kurti, and stated that it will not take into consideration the deaths of Balaj and Dzeladini.
The process against Kurti was criticized by representatives of several civil organizations in Kosovo who announced that they will declare their shared stand on the issue on Tuesday.
The Pristina-based media said that the Kosovo institutions were "still silent about the murders of the two protestors".
