Anniversary of Kosovo bus bombing
Today marks nine years since Albanian terrorists attacked a bus near the Kosovo village of Livadice, near Podujevo, when 12 Serbs were killed and 43 injured on their way to visit the graves of their loved ones in the province.

In a blast of a mine set on the Nis-Pristina road, the first of the six busses in a convoy was blown up.
The attack came despite the fact that the convoy was escorted by KFOR soldiers.
The Supreme Court of Kosovo acquitted ethnic Albanian Florim Ejupi, the only suspect in the Livadice case, in the second-instance proceeding in March 2009, citing a lack of evidence.
EULEX launched a new investigation, and EULEX Chief Prosecutor Theo Jacobs stated in June 2009 that the case was being processed by the Office of the Special Prosecutor, adding that they have not identified suspects, "but know that the Livadice incident could not have been organized only by one person," Tanjug said in its report.
