The delegation also met with UNESCO officials to express their worries that the region could be destabilized because of the decrease in KFOR troops.

The Raska-Prizren Eparchy stated that the decision to transfer authority for the protection of the Gazimestan monument from KFOR to the Kosovo Police (KPS) is a poor decision, adding that neither the Church nor the Serb people in Kosovo have trust in the work of the KPS.
