Macedonia: Kosovo border becomes permeable for contraband
With Kosovo's forces taking control of the border between Macedonia and Kosovo, it will become ‘porous' and trafficking of people and arms will intensify, says Macedonian newspaper Vreme.

The latter opinions has been expressed by security experts after multinational forces under NATO and KFOR command withdrew leaving border control in the hands of Kosovo's security forces.
According to experts the border is not secure even now but will continue to generate instability in the region due to numerous trafficking channels and the long established connections between residents on both sides of the border.
