Libya will not recognize Kosovo
Serbian President Boris Tadic said during his talks with President of Libya Muammar Gadaffi that he has deep respect for Libya's decision not to recognize Kosovo's independence.

"I appreciate greatly the fact that Libya has not recognized Kosovo, nor will it, and I respect the fact that Libya participated with its own letter in the process before the International Court of Justice. We are now waiting for the ICJ's decision, and then we will hold consultations on what to do in the future," Tadic said.
He added that Serbia wants to continue the fight for preserving its integrity in a way that is founded on good intentions, in order to restart negotiations regarding Kosovo's status and find a solution of compromise.
