Troika will not present new proposals in Brussels
The Contact Group Troika will not present new concrete proposals on the table during the next round of Kosovo status talks, scheduled for November 20 in Brussels, but will rather encourage discussion based on its previous 14 working points and the objections of the two sides.

« We are getting closer to December 10 and the Troika must be more engaged, as the Contact Group asked from it", sources close to EU mediator Wolfgang Ischinger said.
« The mediators will initiate talks based on the 14 points and on the objections of the two sides (...) as things stand right now, there will be no new concrete proposals on the table, but rather a push for the two sides to show new ideas", the sources said.
These sources also denied the possibility that a proposal resembling the 1972 agreement between East and West Germany might be put on the table.
European sources added that the results of the meeting would show whether it made sense to organise another, several-day meeting, "a week or two later".
"If it makes sense to organize a longer meeting, it will be organized, but that will really depend on the Brussels meeting", they said.
