The disabling of phone networks in Serb areas in Kosovo is a very serious problem, Serbian Prime Minister Mirko Cvetkovic said. As Belgrade based daily ‘Blic' learns, Serbian President wants that both the EU and the Council of Europe are included in settlement of this problem which is viewed primarily as a security problem.

The government will do "literally everything, short of turning to force, to help Serbs in the enclaves", Cvetkovic was quoted as saying.
Serbian premier said that Belgrade was preparing a broad diplomatic campaign, and expected that it would yield a solution acceptable to Serbs in the enclaves.
As Belgrade based daily ‘Blic' learns, Serbian President wants that both the EU and the Council of Europe are included in settlement of this problem which is viewed primarily as a security problem. All negotiations shall be via the EULEX, UNMIK and KFOR and there shall be no negotiations with the authorities in Pristina.
Branko Radujko, ‘Telecom Serbia' General Director says that according to initial estimations the damage caused to the company is ‘no doubt millions of EUR'.
He added that ‘Telecom Serbia' is ready to re-establish the signal in just a couple of days if conditions allow so.
