Tadic: EULEX has no right to impose bans
Serbian President Boris Tadic says that "no one has the right to prevent Serbian citizens, regardless of their occupation, from entering Kosovo".

His statement in Belgrade this Thursday came after the EU mission in Kosovo, EULEX, announced it had "prohibited unannounced visits by Serbian officials", and said this also applied to northern parts that are predominantly Serb-inhabited.
The president told reporters that Belgrade authorities would discuss this issue both with EULEX and other international organizations in the province.
"Serbia has faced real temptations in Kosovo, but we will continue our battle using all legal means in international institutions, and we will not give up at any price," Tadic stated.
