Russian diplomat: Supreme Kosovo arbiter is UN
Russia believes Kosovo remains part of Serbia, and developments in it must be supervised and directed by the United Nations.

According to the Russian Ambassador to Europe's OSCE security organization Anvar Azimov, this would preclude barbarous incidents like the one this spring in which Kosovo separatists dismantled towers of Serbian mobile operators in Serb-populated areas, Azimov hopes the OSCE will denounce this act of vandalism.
