The owner of the house, Caslav Milisavljevic, who is editor-in-chief of the Kosovska Mitrovica Radio, told Tanjug that no one was injured in the incident, adding that the explosion damaged cars parked nearby.

Milisavljevic said that he did not wish to discuss possible motives behind the attack, and added that the case was reported to the Kosovo police.

Zvecan police chief Nenad Djuric confirmed for Tanjug that the incident happened and that police carried out a crime scene investigation.

After two separate incidents in Kosovska Mitrovica at the beginning of July when doctor Mesud Dzekovic was killed, and Kosovo assembly member Petar Miletic was wounded, this is another serious incident in northern Kosovo, predominantly inhabited by Serbs.
