Ukraine will not recognize Kosovo
Ukraine has not changed its stance on recognition of Kosovo's independence, Ukranian Foreign Ministry's spokesman Oleksandr Dikusarov has said.

According to him, Ukraine's position is based on the fundamental international legal instruments, "we adhere to the principle of unconditional respect for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of all states in the internationally recognized borders".
At the same time, Dikusarov stressed that Ukraine, as one of the founders of the United Nations, respects and takes into account the advisory opinions of the International Court of Justice over Kosovo.
